There are over 70 products in the PIC18 J Series portfolio, all operating from 2.0 ~ 3.6V. On the left are the general purpose products including the “J10” and “J11” families. The GP portfolio products range from 28 to 80 pins and from 8 to 128KB Flash and up to 4KB RAM. Both “J10” families are extremely cost effective, with a popular peripheral set. The “J11” families offer additional integration with more RAM, more serial communications, and lower power. In addition to the PIC18 J Series general purpose devices, there are several families with integrated Ethernet, LCD, and USB peripherals. Each of these products are supported by online design centers with application notes, free software and drivers. Additionally, the PIC18F97J60 includes an embedded Ethernet controller for remote monitoring and control.
