MACOM’s family of mixers showcases one of the widest frequency ranges currently available on the market. All three of the mixers are available in compact, surface mount plastic TDFN packaging and are sized at a mere 1.5 mm x 1.2 mm. MACOM’s trio of mixers achieve levels of design versatility for a diverse range of broadband applications. Looking at the matrix on the bottom half of the slide shown here, the customer will note key features of these mixers. The MAMX-011021 is a high linearity mixer with 23 dBm of input intercept point (IP3). The MAMX-011022 passive mixer has an image rejection of 18 dB. The MAMX-011023, a low noise active mixer, offers high input IP3 and a conversion gain of 9 dB.
