Shown here are two sets of performance graphs for the MAMX-011021 and the MAMX-011022. As shown in the graphs in the left column, MACOM’s high linearity mixer has a 5 to greater than 35 GHz RF frequency range with a conversion loss of 8 dB at -40 to +85°C. The bottom left graph shows the mixer’s input IP3 of 23 dBm or better over temperature of that same range. The graphs in the right column demonstrate the performance for MACOM’s image reject mixer. The top right graph shows image rejection over the -40 to +85°C temperature range, while maintaining a broadband performance of 6-28 GHz. The bottom right graph shows how conversion gain holds up over that same wide broadband and temperature range.
