Product List
The unique flexibility to turn peripherals on and off offers a combination of low power and high performance. The QE128 devices can run at 50 MHz down to 2.1 V and allow peripherals to be configured in microseconds. QE devices are designed to run at high frequencies across all voltages. For example, the QE128 can still run at 20 MHz below 2.1V. The advantage of high speed is that it gets the job done quickly and allows the device more time in low power modes. A second benefit of NXP’s QE devices is that the flash memory can be programmed at 1.8 V. This allows the memory to be reprogrammed on battery operation or save variables to flash before the batteries die.
