The Flexis QE family of 8-bit and 32-bit MCUs is the market leader for low current in low power modes. This family features peripherals optimized for power efficiency as well as the flexibility to choose from a combination of low power and high performance options. The 32-bit ColdFire V1 QE devices have three different levels of flash and SRAM integration as well as a 50MHz CPU and a 25MHz bus. Also, the S08QE series offers a wide range of performance and memory options. For instance, devices with more than 8K of flash feature a 50 MHz CPU and 25 MHz bus while devices with 8K or less of flash have a 20 MHz CPU and 10 MHz bus.
