This slide illustrates a solution example, a cooktop user interface using the CapSense MBR solution. In this example, the solution controls eight capacitive buttons, eight LEDs, and communicates with the host processor over I2C. Typical design problems in this situation are ensuring robust performance in all conditions and proper operation in the presence of water. CapSense MBR provides robust operation in noisy conditions and works properly in the presence of water or other liquids.
