The CapSense MBR3 solution provides water tolerance and proximity sensing features for capacitive button systems. To demonstrate this, connect the CY8C3280-MBR3 Evaluation Kit to a PC, place water droplets on the overlay using the dropper provided with the kit to demonstrate no false touches. Touch the capacitive button covered by water droplets to activate the button LED to demonstrate touch through water. Place a hand 5 cm above the board to activate the proximity sensor LED.
