The temperature accuracy and reference resistance tolerance offered by the PTS AT is exceptional for the vast temperature range it covers. The equations listed here are used to develop the “butterfly” curves outlining the temperature accuracy at a given temperature point (tolerance class dependent) in Figure B. As is evident in Figure B, the temperature accuracy is no worse than ±2.4°C for Class F0.6 and ±1.2°C for Class F0.3 between -55°C and 175°C. The accuracies are improved further with a customized Class F0.15 PTS AT. When taking into account the overall accuracy, stability, and functionality of the PTS AT, it is proven to be one of the best in class temperature sensors.
