The technical specifications for the PTS AT temperature sensors are outlined here for all case sizes. A reference resistance at 0°C (R₀) of 100 Ω is available in all three case sizes; 500 Ω is available in 0805 and 1206 case sizes, and 1 kΩ is available in 1206 case size only. The near linear temperature characteristic between 0°C and 100°C is +3850 ppm/K according to the IEC standard 60751. PTS AT temperature sensors operate between -55°C and 175°C and are offered in F0.3 and F0.6 tolerance classes. The PTS AT offers one of the best in class long term stability; specified at ≤0.1% after 1000 hours operation at 155°C. The measurement current is dependent on the size and value of the sensor. The measurement currents listed can be applied continuously with minimal self-heating effects. The thermal response time of the sensor element is ≤2 seconds in flowing air.
