This chart shows the comparison of the frequency characteristics for conductive polymer aluminum solid capacitors and aluminum electrolytic capacitors. The red lines indicate the impedance and ESR change for conductive polymer capacitors and the green lines indicate the impedance and ESR change for aluminum electrolytic capacitors. As can be seen here, conductive polymer capacitors show extremely low ESR characteristics over a wide range of frequencies. In fact, the conductive polymer capacitor shows about a double-digit lower ESR than that of an aluminum electrolytic capacitor, especially between the range from 10kHz to 1MHz.
