The PS family of aluminum capacitors features a wide variety of radial leaded components rated up to 35 Vdc. The PSA series was developed for low ESR with ratings down to 8 mΏ. The PSC was developed to further lower ESR, add higher capacitance values than the PSA, and to shrink package sizes. The PSE series is based on the PSC and has the same electrical performance, but is available in a smaller size. The PSE series’ lifetime rating is also 5000 hours at 105°C. The newly introduced PSF series has maintained the small size and high reliability characteristics of the PSE series, but has reduced ESR value even further to 5 mΏ. Finally, the 2.0 Vdc PSF series conductive polymer capacitor was developed to respond to the growing demand of low-voltage ICs.
