KVM Switches Slide 15

Several Tripp Lite KVM switches include all the necessary cables. However, for models that do not include cabling, users will need to purchase a cable for each computer or server they want to connect to the KVM switch. For Cat5 KVM switches, users will need to purchase two items for each server they connect, they will need a Cat5 cable (up to 150 ft. or 45.7 m long) to connect to the KVM switch, and they will need a Server Interface Unit (with either USB, PS/2 or SUN connectors) to connect the Cat5 cable to the server. For non-Cat5 KVM switches, users will only need to purchase one item for each server they connect, an All-In-One Cable kit, which provides all necessary cables to connect a console or a server to a KVM.
