One fairly simple way to reduce the output ripple is to add a capacitor across the upper feedback resistor. As shown in the diagram on this slide, by adding that capacitor an AC coupling path is set up so the ripple voltage at the feedback pin is essentially the same as the ripple voltage at the output. Therefore the output voltage ripple is reduced.
