MAX3222E is a 2-driver, 2-receiver solution with power down feature. The current and power down mode can go as low as 1 uA. With the help of an internal charge pump circuit, this device operates at single supply either at 3.3V or 5V VCC. We also offer space saving QFN package which is 54% smaller than the industry standard TSSOP package. This package is particularly suitable for applications like digital cameras, video recorders, PDA's or cell phone applications.
