Texas Instruments, has a variety of I/O expander products. These are shown in the parametric table in this slide. The y-axis is the number of I/O pins which the device interfaces with, and the x-axis is grouped into reset pins as well as internal or external pull-up resistor configurations. More recent devices are shown in red. For example, if a customer is looking for an 8-bit I/O expander with a reset input, and it must be low power; something like the TCA6408A might be the best product choice.
