STM32 F0 Series Entry-Level Cortex-M0 32-bit MCUs Slide 11
The STM32 F0 series benefits from a complete set of development tools with the standard compilers and IDE that support the ARM architecture, as well as device programming tools, IDE and debuggers. ST works with third-party vendors, such as IAR, Keil, Hitex and Raisonance, to bring simple ways to get started with the STM32® with professional solutions for a minimal investment: these are the STM32 starter kits. Each kit includes an evaluation target board, a USB-to-JTAG adapter and an evaluation version of the vendor’s IDE compiler combination. ST’s third-party network complements this offering with royalty-free or open-source RTOSs. They also offer complete communication stacks for USB OTG, USB Host and TCP IP protocols. Communication stacks are available for STM32 MCUs with embedded Ethernet. Graphic libraries are also available from ST’s partners Micrium and Segger. The evaluation board is designed as a complete demonstration and development platform for the full hardware features of the STM32 F0. Everything needed for easy evaluation and fast prototyping of the STM32 F0 is provided in the STM32 F0 Discovery kit. This low-cost evaluation tool, including the firmware library and many code examples, is compatible with STM32 development toolchains and supports programming and debugging features.
