Over the last few years ARM Cortex has emerged as the 32-bit MCU standard. MCU selection has shifted from the core to the peripheral set and Silicon Labs’ Precision32 family offers unique peripherals including its crystal-less USB operation with integrated regulator, low power RTC, guaranteed analog over voltage and temperature, high-drive I/O, and motor control features. The diagram shown on this slide highlights some of the family’s features and the peripheral mix.
