Silicon Labs’ Precision32 family offers footprint and code compatible USB and non-USB MCUs from 32-256 kB Flash, addressing the majority of 32-bit MCU applications. The “U” series offers USB and the “C” series does not. Both series come with four UARTs, three SPI, two I²C and I²S serial interfaces and an optional parallel interface. The family offers five different types of packages including leadless and leaded options. The leadless package is available in 40-pin 6 mm x 6 mm QFN, 64-pin 9 mm x 9 mm QFN and a 92-pin 7 mm x 7 mm LGA (dual row QFN) formats and the leaded in 64-pin TQFP and 80-pin TQFP packages. In addition, Precision32 MCUs are available in fully tested wafer form.
