Skyworks Solutions PCIe clock jitter tool is available for free on the PCIe Learning Center website. This tool greatly simplifies jitter performance measurements for PCIe clocks, regardless of the architecture used. Simply save a scope file on the PC, open the tool, upload the file, choose the filters desired, and the tool computes the jitter for the customer. The results are displayed in an easy-to-read format and can be saved in a .pdf file for future reference.
