The Si5340/41 - frequency flexible high-performance clocks, capable of generating any frequency (1 kHz – 800 MHz) on any output (4 or 10) with a jitter performance (<100 fs RMS), meets 10/40/100 G PHY jitter specs with margin. Features include: generates any combination of frequencies <100 fs phase jitter (integer); <150 fs (fractional); configurable outputs: LVPECL, LVDS, LVCMOS, HCSL, CML; and glitchless, dynamic on-the-fly output frequency switching. The Si5335 and Si5338 generate up to eight output clocks at up to four unique frequencies to 350 MHz with sub-picosecond jitter. The Si5335 meets the jitter performance requirements of popular PCI Express 1.1, 2.1, 3.0, and Ethernet and mass storage (SATA, SAS) industry standards, while generating up to four unique output frequencies on up to four differential or eight single-ended output clocks. The Si52111/2 and Si52144/6/7 – provides low-jitter performance for generating PCI GEN 1, 2, 3, and 4 compliant timing signals.
