The Wi-Fi application framework also supports a two-tiered approach with either the TCP/IP stack running on the host Synergy MCU or the stack running on the RF module. When the stack runs on the Synergy MCU, after initialization of the Wi-Fi RF module, all Wi-Fi communication occurs simply using the NetX Duo™ TCP/IP stack with security and efficiency enabled by TLS and MQTT. The SSP natively supports drivers for the Longsys GT202 Wi-Fi module that uses the Qualcomm QCA4002 Wi-Fi chipset. However, drivers for other various Wi-Fi modules are starting to appear in the Synergy Partner Showcase of the Synergy Gallery. Wi-Fi drivers are posted at Partner Projects within the Partner Showcase.
