Here’s an example of a memory map for flash. For the 128-KB part, the memory map for Flash starts at zero and goes up to 1FFFF. These Flash configurations can go all the way up to 512 KB on the present parts that are available on the LPC213x family. The sector sizes will vary depending on the size of the Flash. Remember that this example is for the 128-KB part. The Boot block always resides in the top of the Flash and contains the Boot loader. The active interrupt vectors can be remapped to SRAM or the Boot block. However, on reset, the interrupt vectors are always remapped to zero zero since that is typically where a program will start.
