The Flash can also be programmed using the JTAG interface. The debuggers would use the IAP command, "Copy RAM to Flash," to program the Flash through JTAG once they have loaded an image of what needs to be programmed into Flash, into RAM. The JTAG commands themselves have "Copy to RAM" as one of the JTAG commands. Then, an application program issues the IAP command “Copy RAM to Flash” to complete that cycle.
