Product List
The first of NXP’s solutions is the MC1319x series of first generation transceivers. The standalone transceivers are software compatible with the second generation of transceivers. The solution may be implemented with 17 external components plus a microcontroller and can support point-to-point, star, cluster-tree, and mesh networks. The device may be connected to the HCS08GB or GT microcontroller through a 4-wire SPI connection. Multiple low power modes are offered: Off, Hibernate (1µA), Doze (3µA), and Idle (40µA). These features help manage power and maximize battery life. The transceivers provide up to -92dBm sensitivity with a power output of -27dBm to +4dBm and feature access to up to 7 GPIO pins. Its operating voltage ranges from 2.0V to 3.4V with an operating temperature range from -40 to +80˚C. The 5 x 5 x 1mm 32-pin QFN package is well-suited for space conscious applications.
