VersaSense MicroPnP Development Starter Kit
The K01 is a MicroPnP IoT platform from VersaSense that provides a simple, reliable, and affordable solution for wireless sensing and control. All of the MicroPnP sensors and actuators are truly plug-and-play, making them easy to install and use. The sensor and actuators can be used for thousands of applications, so the opportunities are endless!
This kit will enable you to create basic wireless sensing and control systems and begin programming MicroPnP applications. It uses the VersaSense IoT Manager for high-performance processing and storage of all collected sensor data in time-series databases.
Once you get the kit out of the box, it is fairly simple to connect everything you need. From there, it takes mere minutes to log in and start playing with the device. You may have difficulty connecting if you have a trusted network on your device that you connect to automatically. The information in the kit will help you get connected and gives you an entry password that you can change later.
One issue I had was having the devices too close together. Remember, these wireless devices have an indoor range of 50 meters, so you have room to play with. You also can get more sensors and actuators that are separate from the kit.
