VOR1142x Product Family

The VOR1142x comes in three package types. The SOP-4 package is 400 V at 140 mA and 3750 VRMS, and the SMD-6 and DIP-6 packages are 400 V at 270 mA and 5300 VRMS. Vishay has plans to release higher voltage and higher current parts in the near future.
