Vishay’s VOR1142x family of hybrid SSRs at 400 V is one of the highest output voltage ratings of Vishay’s SSR product offering. This voltage applies to both AC and DC peak values, unlike electromechanical switches, which are usually rated in DC at only half of their AC peak rating. The isolation voltage is up to 5300 V_RMS for a very a high level of safety isolation. Input-to-output coupling is a mere 0.4 pF for noise decoupling, and the load current maximum is 140 mA AC/DC configuration and 270 mA in DC-only configuration, which is significant for a 400 V device. Finally, the turn-on current is only 0.270 mA, providing an exceptionally energy-efficient, green product offering.
