The CSD87353Q5D NexFET™ Power Block is a high performance 30V half bridge and the only device in the industry designed for high duty cycle, high current synchronous buck POL applications. The Power Block uses optimized silicon and advanced packaging to achieve over 5% higher efficiency than discrete MOSFETs in half the space and reduced power loss. The reduced power loss can be used to deliver higher output currents, operate at higher frequencies or improve thermal performance and system reliability. The CSD87353Q5D combines NexFET™ MOSFETs with their low charge and advanced packaging that minimizes inductance to optimize the switching function. This enables the power block to double the frequency while maintaining similar power loss vs. competitive discrete devices.
