The MSP432 currently is available in six different variations. Devices with an “R” in the part number have 256 kB of Flash and 64 kB of RAM while devices with an “M” have 128 kB of flash and 32 kB of RAM. There are three different package options, the smallest being the 5 x 5 x 5 mm BGA. In addition, there is also a 64 QFN package, as well as a 100 LQFP.
