The supply voltage supervisor (SVS) is used to monitor the AVCC supply voltage or an external voltage. It has a current consumption of 10uA when active. The SVS can be configured to set a flag or generate a power-on reset (POR) when the supply voltage or external voltage drops below a user-selected threshold. The SVS features include: AVCC monitoring, selectable generation of a POR, output of the SVS comparator that is accessible by software, low-voltage condition latched and accessible by software, 12 selectable threshold levels, and an external channel to monitor external voltage. Additionally, ADCs support internal Vcc measurement.
