CapTIvate technology provides high resolution buttons, sliders and wheels. CapTIvate technology allows scanning four sensors in parallel within 500 µsec, enabling advanced features like 3D gestures. Also, the parallel scan allows for sensing higher proximity distances. This technology can enable a 30 cm slider with just four electrodes and a resolution of 0.029 cm. With the ability to measure capacitive changes as low as 10 Femtofarads, CapTIvate technology can work with 60 cm thick glass overlays.
