The TS19340CS14 offers a very high level of integration including a built in MOSFET.  This product also provides flexibility, offering either secondary side constant current or constant voltage control and a built in 3.3 V reference voltage. The device allows either PWM dimming from off (0% duty cycle) to 100% dimming range or Analog 0 - 10 V dimming.
