Shown on this slide is a snapshot of the ST motor driver family. The powerSPIN family is a monolithic solution that covers DC, BLDC and stepper motors. The dSPIN and easySpin are new monolithic solutions for stepper motors, bringing innovative features like the motion engine and voltage mode, there are dedicated trainings available for these products. These products are limited at 3 A and 45 V. cSPIN was developed to drive eight MOSFETs in order to drive a stepper motor up to 85 V and more than 3 A. The powerSTEP01 works similarly to the dSPIN, but can run up to 85 V and 10 A due to the integration of several dies. For very high power (hundreds of volts and tens of amps), gapDrive is a new family of gate drivers with isolation.
