In station mode and mini-access-point mode, there are three ways that can be used in order to communicate with a remote device. First, the Sockets, an SPWF01S can be used as either a socket client or a server, to open a connection to stream data with a remote device. Secondly, is as a Web Server, this is done by integrating it into the SPWF01S module. The remote device can access the web pages that are saved in the memory (RAM and Flash) of the module. For example, a file is integrated in order to manage files and it is possible to create a large set of html pages on top of the one already built in the module. Finally, the Rest API, is AT commands implementing http post and http get are available, for remote pages to be read over the serial port or data can be posted on a remote server.
