This slide highlights the comparators, which also have a couple of families to highlight. The TS88 series is a low powered, nano-power comparator family which operates at 200 nA. The TS985 is one of the smallest comparators with a package size of approximately 1 mm². There are also high efficiency comparator families in the 16 volt group which are available in small packages.
