The TSZ12 series is a 1.8 V, low drift relative to temperature family. As the temperature changes there will be an increase of 30 nV/°C. Another component on this slide to highlight is the TSZ182, which is a combination of a low drift and a high speed, 3 MHz/1 mA amplifier.
