The most common use of Skyworks SPDT switches are for transmit and receive switching in WLAN and WLAN/Bluetooth® applications. The switches are manufactured using a state-of-the-art pHEMT process with a 0.5 micron gate length. The GaAs pHEMT process has excellent “on” to “off” impedance ratio which delivers low insertion loss and high isolation performance. Circuit designs are also tailored for low, medium and high power applications. Package sizes as small as 1 mm x 1 mm are available for space constrained applications. Frequency coverage is to 6 GHz.
