The RA6M4 is built on a highly efficient 40 nm process and uses a 32-bit Arm® Cortex®-M33 core with a floating point unit running at 200 MHz. Some of the key features include memory capability up to 1 MB code Flash and 256 kB SRAM, BGO/SWAP function, a capacitive touch sensing unit, a variety of connectivity options including Ethernet, USB 2.0 full-speed, SDHI, Quad SPI and Octal SPI, and a host of safety features. The secure crypto engine incorporates all the key features of a secure element. The advanced analog features with DAC, 12-bit ADC, flexible timers, and many more make the RA6M4 a truly complete general purpose MCU. The RA6M4 is well-suited for IoT applications requiring strong security, rich connectivity, large embedded RAM with parity/ECC, and low power consumption.
