The Renesas RA6M4 MCU is designed with a state-of the-art Cortex®-M33 core based on the latest ARMv8-M architecture. With a maximum operating frequency up to 200 MHz, the RA6M4 delivers high performance and low power simultaneously down to as low as 99 µA/MHz while running the CoreMark® algorithm from Flash. The integrated secure element provides better performance, unlimited secure key storage, key management, and lower BOM costs. RA6M4 has best-in-class peripheral IPs and embedded Flash with high performance and advanced field upgrade capability. The high integration level allows rich connectivity with endless communication options. All new MCUs in the RA family, including RA6M4, are supported by the flexible software package (FSP) for accelerating software development. Renesas has also partnered with third parties for strong ecosystem support.
