All of the "SP-Caps" are RoHs compliant. There are two solder reflow temperature specifications of 240ºC and 260ºC which are part number dependent. Standard part numbers have a solder reflow specification of 240ºC peak for five seconds while the ER, XE, LE suffixes and CX, G and L series all have a solder reflow specification of 260ºC peak for ten seconds. Refer to the data sheet to confirm your specific part number’s reflow specification. The "SP-Cap" has a Moisture Sensitivity Level, or MSL, of Level 2 in the moisture proof bag or Level 3 once opened.
