This presentation will cover recommended installation procedures for various thermal management materials. It will start with the recommended installation procedures for the Pyrolytic Graphite Sheet (PGS), followed by the Semi Sealing Material (SSM). Next will be the Graphite-PAD material. The Soft PGS will be covered last.
