The NCP51561 offers a total of eight trim options designated by the two letters following NCP51561 in the nomenclature shown here. The four options DigiKey carries are displayed in the table, and an additional four can be specially ordered. If the first letter after NCP51561 is a B, then the undervoltage lockout is 8 V. If the first letter after NCP51561 is a D, then the undervoltage lockout is 17 V. If the second letter after NCP51561 is an A, then the ENA/DIS input pin is an Enable, meaning a logic input high enables both output channels. If the second letter after NCP51561 is a B, then the ENA/DIS input pin is a Disable, meaning a logic input high disables both output channels. An undervoltage lockout of 5 V or 8 V is tailored for driving a silicon junction MOSFET. An undervoltage lockout of 13 V or 17 V is tailored for driving a silicon carbide MOSFET.
