The OSD335x C-SiP really is a complete System In a Package. It includes everything needed to build a computing system and is available in both commercial (0°C to 85°C) and Industrial (-40°C to 85°C) case temperature ranges, all in a 400 ball easy to use BGA package that is only 27 mm on a side.
