This slide shows a comparison of DMA process with previous process for matching diodes. In this figure, the delta C (DC) is the deviation of the capacitance characteristic. The computer aided matching process, offers the advantage of a considerable lower deviation (shown on the left hand side) compared to a method of without using DMA (shown on the right hand side).
