On this slide note that the color scheme shows how the families will scale from the entry level KL0 family progressively up to the full featured KL4 family that includes both USB and segment LCD capability. Also  note how the Kinetis L series scales from 8K of flash up to 256K of flash and from tiny 24-pin 4x4mm packages to 121-pin MBGA packages, with smaller “chip scale” packages in development.
