NXP will begin to roll out the 8-128 K versions of KL0, KL1 and KL2 families late in Q3, 2012, followed shortly by the higher memory level offerings as well as LCD capability in Q1, 2013. The initial launch to the mass market will feature qualified silicon and low cost development tools available from DigiKey.
