The third main requirement is that the harmonics must be within ±15 dB of the fundamental frequency. On the graph shown here, the fundamental frequency has a sound pressure level of 80dB. For this sound to meet the requirement, all the harmonics must be less than 95dB and greater than 65dB. As the graph shows, all the harmonic frequencies are within this ±15 dB requirement.
