The Metal Tweezers in the CX series are Anti-Acid, Anti-Magnetic superalloy with superior strength from room temperature to 800°C, very high shape retention, resistant to fatigue, is fully non-magnetic (100%), and has excellent corrosion resistance to most chemicals, salts and acids. The SA series is an Anti-Acid, Anti-Magnetic Stainless Steel which is non-magnetized (80%), and has good corrosion resistance to most chemicals, salts and acids and is generally used where corrosion resistance and toughness are primary requirements. The S series is a Martensitic carbon steel used where strength and/or hardness are of primary concern and where the environment is relatively mild from a corrosive standpoint. Finally, the C series is Carbon steel which can be magnetized and has hardness of 57 HRC. Carbon steel tweezers have poor resistance to corrosion and are used where strength and/or hardness are of primary concern.
