FTDI’s Java D2xx driver can be used with FTDI’s USB to Serial bridge chips, including the X Chip Series. The X Chip devices offer low power, low pin count, and a feature set that makes bridging from USB ports to UART, I2C, enhanced SPI, or FIFO interfaces easy to design and implement.
