The table on this slide shows representative qualification data from 40 V, 100 V, and 200 V product families. For DC high temperature reverse bias, or HTRB - shown at the top of the table - multiple lots were subjected to 80% of the rated drain-source voltage at the maximum rated temperature of 150°C. For high temperature gate bias, or HTGB, the gates were stressed at 5.5 V or 5.75 V - 92% or 96% of VGSmax respectively - at 150°C. As shown in the table, all 1,540 parts from ten different manufacturing lots passed 1000 hours without failures.
